6 weeks and counting on dishwasher repair. August 16th for service date. Have they heard of service AFTER the sale?
Order furniture in December of 2020 was supposed to be ready by May. Now they are telling me it wont be until December of this year or maybe January but no guarantee it will be ready. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from big Sandys.
Incomplete order and getting runaround..I call every two weeks and have been since February to find out the status of two missing pieces to our sectional couch..its beyond ridiculous! Acceptance now is dragging down the Big Sandy Superstore name. Do not use this organization to finance anything from Big Sandy. That organization is a horrible financial intuition.
