AFTER FOUR DAYS OF TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE (ANYONE) AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES EACH TIME, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP ME WITH A RETURN ITEM.

Just directed me back to the “Return Policy”. This was a different situation of trying to return two RINGS that were of awful quality and the return instructions gave me a phone number of *800) 477-**** where NO ONE answered after four days of trying. User’s recommendation: BEWARE!!!
