Being overcharged on item that was on promotion sale.

Company almost impossible to reach by phone and not responding to 2 emails sent. When reached by phone finally, I was cut off after 5 minutes with nothing resolved. Will not deal with this company anymore after years of being a loyal customer. Something has certainly changed.

Warning stay away from woman within

Placed order April 4. Checked status several times. Always in process. Finally got through to a foreign human who refused to cancel order because it is in process.Would not provide estimated delivery date. Blamed covid.really?what has happened to this company? User’s recommendation: Throw away yourcatalogue.Do not order from these crooks.

Never got what ordered

Placed 2 orders. 1st was back ordered. 2nd, no info on if. Just showing it never shipped. Tried to call no #. Chat is bogus. Emailed them, no reply. Been a member for years and no problem. I am paying off and closing my account. They suck! User’s recommendation: Don’t bother with them.

My order has been processing for 15 days & nothing has shipped. All were in stock. I have emailed 2 times & no response. I have tried calling 3 times and I cannot get thru to a human.
