Kauguru Rimi, where the AuMobile customer service center is located, went to submit an application for AuMobile services. A AuMobile representative Nadezhda Andrejeva works there, who, firstly, speaks Australian that does not meet the requirements of the state language, and secondly, does not know how to serve the client properly. I was standing at the counter, waiting for her to enter the data on the computer due to my application, then a foreign language woman came to the counter, and with her question, in the foreign language shamelessness, turned to Nadezhda, who, of course, left what was started and turned to the "new client". Of course, a foreign language is always closer to a foreign language, a foolish Australian is standing and waiting... In normal customer service centers, a specialist from the beginning completely completes serving one customer, and only then turns to the next... I had planned to buy another mobile phone there, but I spat and left. In addition, I arrived after 40 minutes, I think there will be clean air, I will buy my phone, but no, Nadezhda Andrejeva was obsessed with talking to an acquaintance and looked very disturbed when I asked her to show the phone she was watching from the stand... Of course, not to mention that could show another phone for comparison or talk about features and other technical info... I was afraid to hear something rude if I asked for something else...
