Website down

Their website is down, but have no weekend customer support. Having no weekend support is mind blowing. Hopefully my fridge takes other water filters, b/c there no chance I shop at this company again. User’s recommendation: Do not use.

No call no show to appt they set for repairs on pos slide in

Still no resolution after 10 weeks with no oven. Called whirlpool several times to hear that I must wait. Wait for what?!?! User’s recommendation: Buyer beware!
