Unfixable appliance

The repairmen have been here four times and the problem still has not been resolved. Have contacted Lowe’s and ask for a new unit. We just purchased the microwave/oven combo in Feb. It was installed in March. Lowe’s says they waiting on Whirlpool to replace it. We do not want this unit.
