Don’t buy in this store, zero willingness to solve the problems they caused

I was shopping at the Premium Outlets last November when leaving the store the cashier didn’t pack my merchandise. I am trying to recover it and I haven’t had an answer since they mention that the security department is very busy. The manager of this place has been unkind and unwilling to help me solve the situation.
