Unfinished work and missing car upgraded car mat

Called Thursday morning for a mobile inside detail on my Honda Civic. Told the owner Tim Moore that i had some dog hair and a few spot stains on seats. He quoted $60. Not honoring gift certificates

Bought 3 gift certificates on 12/18/17. Facebook page said great Christmas gift and good for one year. Wife tried to use one and they said company sold and and needed extra $70 to detail car.
