Complaints about dealership manager

I have been a loyal customer to the brand for 15 years. I went to the same dealership to return a lease (joint) and get a new Tiguan, I was treated like a piece of garbage. I cant get the QR code for car net to come up and thus cannot use car net. None of your options listed were useful . I guess that I will have to go bug your poor salesman yet again. User’s recommendation: Don’t leave the stealership until every function works.
