Terrible service

When I arrived to remove the X-ray of a child's fracture, the employee at the admission window simply under each criticism-openly ignores my request for information or really i have to take a number to get the results and if I have to take someone. Instead of the employee helping me, she slammed the box in front of me. Terrible and unkind attitude!
