This was for a concert that was cancelled and rescheduled twice due to COVID. Third date, not convenient as we await the birth of our baby this week. Requested a rebate 3 months ago, so they could re-sell the tickets. Never responded to an email, and they couldn’t answer the phones??? Must be a real rinky ***...

Concert was officially canceled i have reached out with no response. They will not communicate and they have not refunded, it’s been 90 days……450 dollars!!! User’s recommendation: Do not use them!!!!!
