I purchased a tour and was told I would be picked up, which never happened. Totally disappointed with this company. I know they have a cancellation policy but thus should only apply in normal conditions b

Your cancellation policy. If we had cancelled our tour ourselves I would agree but due to Covid the borders were closed and quarantine regulations were put in place – thus us what prevented us from being able to go on our tour. Very disappointed. Everything else we had booked fir thus holiday was reimbursed. Would not recommend... Read more➤
