Was never picked up for our tour, paid in advance. Very disappointed.

I purchased a tour and was told I would be picked up, which never happened. I messaged the guy whos nunber was for the tour and he hasnt responded back or anything and i sent him pictures of my confirmation. Very disappointed. I paid in advance as well thru my debit card which was taken from my account immediately. They werent slow to do that but are slow to give me advice on to what happened.
