Cancelled Viatour tour should get a discount on next tour

My Napa valley wine train tour was cancelled a week before arrival, so wrong. I would have booked directly with the Wine train to secure a booking had I known Viatour was going to do this. I have another booking in San Francisco will that be an issue. please advise. Thanks, Sandra
