They have designed their automated support/customer service to prevent you from getting a person. Customer support has gotten really bad. Once they sell you. They abandon you. Im done with Verizon. They are getting as bad as AT&T. Dont waste your time with Verizon. Just switch. User’s recommendation: DON’T DO IT.
