Been trying to get a verzion phone unlocked for over 2 hrs on hold. Got hung up on twice and didn’t even get to state why I called. Still on hold now. User’s recommendation: Find a better company to spend your dollars with. Your not going to get any help from Verizon.

I updated phones at verizon. New bill has a $35 per phone upgrade fee. Verizon says I signed agreement saying I’d pay. Refuses to reverse. In addition they bill a military and teachers monthly rate. I asked about it and they say I already got the best rate. User’s recommendation: Find another provider.
