Gift casrds will not work. .

I used my points ( 200,000 ) from choice rewards to purchase some vanilla gift cards in November 2019. could not get them to Activate but the vanilla web site says status : active for all the cards but the are declined when I try to use them any where. Never got my card via snail mail
