Missing package says delivered

I got a text saying my package was delivered at 12:10pm. I just went outside to look about 30 mins ago and there is no package on my porch or neighbors porch.

Package hasn’t arrived

The item was delivered, but not to me!!!!! Do not trust in any purchase you do… By internet and also usos do not resolve the issue!!!! User’s recommendation: Do not trust in anybody!!!!
