I sent a small parcel to Combodia on April 1, 2021, I paid almost $ 100.00 for delivery. I was promised that the parcel would reach the recipient in 10 working days. I cant get through to speak with someone. Ive been calling and calling. I was given a service request number a month ago and was told someone will reach out to me in 3-4 business days. No one called me yet. I really need my mail. This is ridiculous.
