Was on hold for 3 hours to cancel service. Reps just lie. Can NOT cancel service. Taking their equipment and sending it COD to their headquarters. User’s recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

No one ever called me or got in touch with me.

My bill states that I owe $65.00 plus.. I have autopay. I only get 3 five gallon waters each month and never get anything else. Please correct. No one has had the courtesy to call or write me back. I am very upset and am thinking of canceling if not corrected.
