Charged 162.35 extra charges for early payoff

used to purchase hearing aids. paid off before 1st payment due. and was charged extra fees.due.no one offered any recourse except just pay them the money. no explanation except there are always fees. with a loan contract with them. clled them they said loan payed off and closed now so they cant change anything. They could find no evidence of the loan existing. Since Hearing.Com was notified last week they may have pulled it already. In any case I believe I am clear of any liability.
