tried calling all i get is phone asking questions, the records are wrong do not know why need to talk to an agent

Still no 1099’s issued from Jan – may26,2020 activity after brokerage sale. 9 months to prepare them and nothing! Insurance claims area habitually tells lies. They are no longer the family oriented company they once were. Have been a member for 56 years and they are terrible. User’s recommendation: go somewhere else.

I called to get a Roadside Assistance tow truck to take my disabled car from Alexandria La to Lafayette Louisiana. This person treated me like a criminal asking me security questions that had nothing to do with accessing my account. She then passed me to a dead end extension where I was disconnected
