Worst company ever; please be careful and review your car and homeowners insurance. They charge enlisted personnel more that what they charge to officers. Look for the class action against them. Outside of hurricane Laura and Delta I recently got into an accident. Call USAA. Called my car salesman trying to get minor damages taken care of. He pulled strings got me in USAA sent email estimates

My dealership informed me after all was said and done and they told me” SORRY BUT WE CAN’T FIX YOUR CAR BECAUSE USAA HAS LONG HISTORY OF NON PAYMENT” User’s recommendation: Get new insurance coverage.
