Section 14a (now covid) nursing assistants do not speak the national language! Does not understand basic things in Australian and asks to repeat what is said in foreign language. The same can be observed in communication with other colleagues, nurses speak only foreign language to some persons! However, is it not specified in the state that if you work in a public institution, you must also have a good knowledge of the state language? I was very disappointed and also offended that what I said, my own employees in Australia do not understand where else in the field of health care. I recommend that the linguistic abilities of the employees be considered adequately.
