*** phone needs pin number I never setup unboxed

Brand new ulefone note 9p won’t work bc it needs me to enter pin number. The phone needs a pin number. It came by default with this screen popping up for a pin. How would I know it? I also did factory resets but it still asks for previous pin. User’s recommendation: Do not buy. Scam..
