I contacted ulefone customer service as regards my ulefone power 5 that fell in water and isnt functioning well anymore. Got a reply after a couple of days. I followed the instructions I was given and now Im yet to get any further feedback from them. User’s recommendation: Delayed response from customer service.

Ulefone Armor X8 received 27 April 2021. On or about 1 June 2021 {shortly after Amazon return window expired) display AUTO-ROTATE feature stopped functioning.
