Return of goods purchased

I purchased heavy-duty furniture lifting kit through online order and cash paid on delivery. However, the product is not effective in its performance. On calling over phone, nobody responded. I wish to return the product. Please help. User’s recommendation: Please don’t purchase this product. If company will not accept refund. I will through it in dustbin.

This company is just a scam. I ordered an outdoor shelter in December. I have not received it
