Not able to book a rental

The app will not let me book a rental .I tried multiple times and its still not letting me book this rental .

I was in a Collision with a Turo Vehicle. Licens Plate Number 6UV903 and the driver provided an in valid insurance policy. Please contact me with the proper policy for this Vehicle.

This Vehicle caused a collision on June 25 11:10 P.M. on 7th and Mission in San Francisco Ca. by making an illegal left into on going traffic. Then provided an invalid insurance policy.
