False statements. Phishing.

The site initially states that the service is free. After phishing for personal details and contact information a report is generated along with an exorbitant bill. Truth Finder having issues refunding my money in the amount $62.20

I was going to do a background check on someone but told them I cancelled, didn’t want the report. They didn’t want to acknowledge my cancellation, debited my account for $62.20.
