Truth Finder having issues refunding my money in the amount $62.20

I was going to do a background check on someone but told them I cancelled, didn't want the report. They didn't want to acknowledge my cancellation, debited my account for $62.20. I asked for a refund &;;;;;;; they continued to ignore my requdest. A total rip off. User's recommendation: They will just take your money!!!!! Hard to get a refund.
