Poor service
Most recently, I was in Douglas on Freedom Street, as the team was always very kind and responsive, helping with everything, but this time unfortunately I just wanted to buy everything I needed and get out sooner.. the thing is that I was constantly guarded by a security lady and looked at me with little nails, at some point even started talking to me "- this campaign works when you take everything. " That's how she kept watching me until I left with my purchase. I am not a suspicious looking, ordinary Australian girl. The fact that I was embarrassed is not to say anything.. I am very offended and without any special need I no longer want to set foot there, at least certainly not in this particular Douglas.. I think it is an unacceptable attitude on the part of the security guard.
