Key pad not working and no one is returning my calls

My key pad quit working (checked batteries). I have called and left 4 messages and no one is calling me back. This was bought less than 6 months ago.

Bad Product they don’t stand behind

Purchased 3 locks 15 months ago. Now only one works. Called company waited 5 hours for them to call back. You only have a one-year Warranty, purchase a new lock said the very rude customer service person that called me back. I sure am sorry I spent the money for these locks. Broken lock 2 weeks old

Installed lock and worked for 2 weeks then *** out no WiFi No response from trubolt and out 150$. Crazy bad. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.

Called for warranty

Called about my lock not working have had it for 2 years. Smart ads advised me he has been there 7 years knows his product and I should just buy a new lock. Not from this company ever again!!! User’s recommendation: Buy another brand.

Tru-bolt PL1 battery issue

I have a tru bolt PL1 deadbolt lock. The batteries are only lasting a month at the most. Sometimes the deadbolt doesnt extend all the way out to allow the door to unlock.
