So i brought this lock a couple years ago and it broke last year so u guys sent a new one and the same dam thing happened. It is a locking mechanism gone bad. What can i do now?

The deadbolt of my Tru-Bolt lockset broke. When I pulled it apart, there was a metal piece that had crumbled. I do not have the package or receipt, and it was bought about 8-10 years ago, so my local Menards will not honor the product’s lifetime warranty. User’s recommendation: Stay away from Tru-Bolt door locksets!
TruboltLocks.info online installation video impossible to find. Customer service is a joke. All you get is a voice mail. User’s recommendation: Try different company. Yale Locks for one.
