Fraud/Scammer

Why are these people still in business? I ordered funeral flowers on line because the person that answered the phone to take my order was rude and did not know what items I was talking about. I placed my order on line with the name and picture of the items I wanted. Each held a special sentiment.... Read more➤
ordered flowers 4 days in advance of Funeral, and they still wasn’t delivered. Call the florist and they said they would check into it and call me back. Of course they didn’t Called back the next day and they said they couldn’t check into it I would have to email the company.
I searched for a florist by the city name, finding local florist” Troy’s which promised delivery on Monday. At the end of Monday, they said they couldn’t reach their delivery persons and flowers would be delivered Tuesday. No parcels sent abroad for 2 months

Now I sent parcels to Australia almost 2 months ago. All the while, they are still in Australia! There are no warnings on the Australian Post Office that deliveries may be so delayed and why. You could still understand a week or two, but here 2 Months absolutely no movement. It is also written that they are looking for other possibilities that give the impression that everything is actively happening, even on land, but in reality the packets stand in a pile and have not even crossed the border. What's more, the dates in the postal system change from later to the latest when packets are received from the customer! Of course, the post office does not take any responsibility! If you want to cancel the shipment and get it back then you have to pay them another 2. 20 dollars for each package and then after 3 months you will receive a reply. You will not receive a return shipping cost because of such a law! There is nowhere to look for protection and solutions, there are no ways to recover the lost. All that remains is an empty hope to complain to the relevant ministry.
