I’m trying to do something about it. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

Do not ever order any flowers from Troy Florist…read more reviews to understand why. I wish I did before I placed my order. They will take your money and run!
ordered their item “Forever in my heart” described as all red roses and red carnations. The total cost was $85.58. What recipient received was a few white carnations some other non-descript flowers, not worth what we paid for. Contacted Troys and were told we had to e-mail their customer service department and then they hung up.
No parcels sent abroad for 2 months
Now I sent parcels to Australia almost 2 months ago. All the while, they are still in Australia! There are no warnings on the Australian Post Office that deliveries may be so delayed and why. You could still understand a week or two, but here 2 Months absolutely no movement. It is also written that they are looking for other possibilities that give the impression that everything is actively happening, even on land, but in reality the packets stand in a pile and have not even crossed the border. What's more, the dates in the postal system change from later to the latest when packets are received from the customer! Of course, the post office does not take any responsibility! If you want to cancel the shipment and get it back then you have to pay them another 2. 20 dollars for each package and then after 3 months you will receive a reply. You will not receive a return shipping cost because of such a law! There is nowhere to look for protection and solutions, there are no ways to recover the lost. All that remains is an empty hope to complain to the relevant ministry.
