Worst ever! They “forgot” to deliver an $85 plant to a funeral; said they would refund but they never did! Several calls and emails asking about my refund only to be told – not their problem take it up with m credit card company.

This company is falsely advertising as being a local florist when in fact they only have people sitting at computers and taking your money and then not delivering the product. Call a local florist and verify web address or ask what their address is before ordering online and save yourself a big headache!
No flowers for my 17 year old nephew’s funeral. No refund. Hateful people at Troys Flowers all but admitted it’s a scam and just hung up on me. No parcels sent abroad for 2 months
Now I sent parcels to Australia almost 2 months ago. All the while, they are still in Australia! There are no warnings on the Australian Post Office that deliveries may be so delayed and why. You could still understand a week or two, but here 2 Months absolutely no movement. It is also written that they are looking for other possibilities that give the impression that everything is actively happening, even on land, but in reality the packets stand in a pile and have not even crossed the border. What's more, the dates in the postal system change from later to the latest when packets are received from the customer! Of course, the post office does not take any responsibility! If you want to cancel the shipment and get it back then you have to pay them another 2. 20 dollars for each package and then after 3 months you will receive a reply. You will not receive a return shipping cost because of such a law! There is nowhere to look for protection and solutions, there are no ways to recover the lost. All that remains is an empty hope to complain to the relevant ministry.
