Once you sign on to look they make it impossible to cancel. You must contact their portal then chat with a rep that pressures sells you then tells you they’ll send you a cancellation email in 48 hours that you must respond to. Your club is still charging me even though you said you cancelled it.

I just tried to call customer service. The phone is not in service. I do not want to be charged 9.99 and the international fee of 30 cents anymore. If this continues I will get my husbands law firm involved.
