Travelocity booked us to Kingston airport and it will take us 3 1/2 hrs to get to our resort where as they told us it would take 45 minutes. Now we have to.pay $570 for transport. Travelocity is

Dishonest!! No one will call me back. I went to the copperate office and complained but not a word from anyone. I am such an unsatisfied customer with Travelocity!!! They need to make this right!!! User’s recommendation: DO NOT USE TRAVELOCITY.
