I planned a trip for 4/2020. On 12/2019 I had booked with travelocity. I canceled trip due to covid19. Travelocity said they would refund me my $2, 297.20 which as of 3/2021 I still not have. We had to cancel our trip last July 2020 because of COVID-19. Although there is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC THAT NO ONE COULD HAVE PREDICTED going on, Travelocity seems oblivious to this or simply does not care!
