Cancel hotel

Ive been calling the two days to modify my hotel booking that I had to cancel and I cannot get past the automated lady. I just need to speak with a human! User’s recommendation: Don’t use Travelocity.

Have a credit to re-book my hotel reservation. It has been 2.5 MONTHS and I am still getting the run around and no reservation.
