I’ve been trying to calling and calling and nobody answered me and Sa very difficult to contact with someone

NIve been using this app for a while and Ive been booking hotels and rental calls and stuff like that but this time has been having so many issues its very complicated to get my refund back and I really need it. Also it is very upsetting trying to speak with someone and its just the machine.

Ticket Cancellation by airline but no refund

Booked ticket through Travelocity, taking CX and AC from HK/Seoul/Vancouver/Victoria. But CX cancelled our flight and reschedule to another day which we cannot connect the AC flight to Canada.
