Warranty Repair Fraud.
I submitted the purchased product for warranty repair with a description of the product defects. In response to the warranty repair I received an invoice for the diagnostics and the reply that no defects were found, I concluded from the description of the service provider that was checked for the delivered goods that I did not take the attached description into account and did not check the defect. After submitting such a complaint, I called www.110.shop, to which I received an answer: If you do not believe in our diagnostics, then pay the diagnostic bill, take the product and go to another service. In addition, you have to look for a service that repairs this type of goods yourself. Can I do this if I have returned the product for warranty repair? At the moment I have made an offer that I can go and show that the product really does not work with the agreement that 110.shop covers travel expenses (because I am from Fort Wayne and have to go to Santa Ana) and does not apply a diagnostic fee, if it turns out to be true. I haven't received an answer yet. In my opinion, no diagnostics have been performed at all, just charge for the alleged diagnostics.
