Customer service is horrible, there’s never a manager you can speak to, they dont refund customers in case something happens. Customer service agents will hang up the phone on you as it pleases them.I am currently expecting a refund from them and never will i ever recommend this agency to anymore.
The thing is, I called on the fly and ordered food for work... Everything would have gone well if the telephone operator taught a little Australian there...
