Non-response to problems and then to my request to terminate my account and return the non-working phone

For years my wife and I had had a happy relationship with our Tracfone Kyocera phone which we used as our traveling phone. Otherwise, we only used a landline at home. TERRIBLE customer support disconnects before completing issue.

I entered cc# and continued to have the transaction completed but charged $150 instead. I called and was on the phone with a customer service rep for 23 minutes and then was disconnected.... Upset with customer service. I’ve used it for many years and been very satisfied with the Palau’s and phones

I tried to update my data with at least 13 customer service employees. I never received an adequate answer. I followed every instruction that were given to me with no luck. Bad service and won a new phone from them but never got it.

won samsung galaxy s 10 from tracphone but never recieved it. keep being put off when i call about it. User’s recommendation: stay away. nothing but headaches, no one at tracphone can tell the truth and very dishonest.
