TracFone RIPPED ME OFF for a Year’s worht of Service

I bought a years worth of service from TracFone. Then I bought another phone from Cricket and transferred my number to Cricket. Tracfone will not reinstate minutes-very upset customer

TracFone Managers/Supervisors should have the Ability and Permission to Manually Add Any Amount of Minutes to a Customer’s Account. I purchased a plan online on 2/28/21 to extend service on my father’s tracfone and previous minutes (which were a lot) were not added. NO SERVICE, even with hundreds of minutes and into August

Service blocked despite payment. Customer Service dumps my calls, saying a transaction is pending. Followed instruction to turn off and power back up.

I purchased 2 years of airtime for a total cost of $193.08 with tax, ending date April 10,2022. I dont use the phone much but when I tried to make a call I didn’t have any service and after calling tr

tracphone and being switched all over and waiting 48 minuets and being disconnected. Noone can explain what I paid all this money for and what good a phone with no abillity to call out. I even purchased a newer model.
