Can’t get voicemail with pin number and ca3pun’t get in touch with tracphone

Purchased a new tracphone and assumed all my info on the old phone would transfer. I was given kind of gobbledygook about WIZZARD611611 to no avail. Now I have tried over 20 times to reach either by pho news or text and I get nothing. User’s recommendation: Don’t deal with this company.
