Cosmetologist is looking for clients

Today I went to facial cleansing in the Sports Club Dinamika. being the next customer. I had already applied for this procedure in time, because the beautician already knew in advance what procedure would have to be performed and how long it would take. When I told the cosmetologist that I was waiting for the procedure, which lasted 90 minutes, she complained in a dissatisfied voice that this procedure was always done for one hour and that there was an error on the website. Then she hurried away. I went to the administrator and refused to pay 18 AU$, because I had not received the promised service. She, too, was unkind and insisted that the service be received as it should be. that in no salon facial cleansing without doing an hour and a half!
