Purchased the ELM 327 Pro from Totalcarediagnostics and received the package in good time. Alex E. the owner of total care is a scammer low life. The elm is discontinued by its own manufacturer, no ELM software exists and Toad software does not work at all. No replies from refund requests from Alex E. Not a word....
