This company said I won numerous products that I bid on, took my money, and never sent the item. I had accumulated many bonus points, but dropped my account! User’s recommendation: Do not buy from this scam company!
I believe this to be a Chinese money laundering site. They take your money hold onto it a month put it in a savings account to get interest then refund your money. Time to get the Fed’s involved and hopefully shut the site down for good. User’s recommendation: do not use.

I had won 2 bids on Tophatter that were supposed to be delivered no later than June 29, 2021. The order numbers were: 13964**** ( keyboard $11.03), and 13964**** (ring $15.44). I never received either items.
