Says it was delivered June 12th but still have not received it. Please do something about my order# 13903**** or better yet give me my money back.
Im pissed off. I havent got any of my orders and now there trying to collect on shipping again. They say they’ve tried btwn 4-6 times. This was supposed to be free shipping. Then there saying some of the orders are delivered. I’ve got 20 orders.
I have changed my shipping address three times. I haved saved it each time but after making purchases it is being sent to my old address. User’s recommendation: Do not use TopHatter.
I have not recieved my cuff bracelets showed they were delivered by ups but I have not recieved them.I am upset because they were a gift.And they were ordered on June 26, 2021 this year

I ordered a perfume for my husband. I have been waiting for delivery for a very long time. I ordered 5. 10. delivered on 10. 11! This is too inadequate. I wrote an email calling for a refund to the account if the item is not delivered on time. Supplied, but other perfumes. I am very upset. I will never hit this store.
